Lightspeeds does everything to protect your data. We do not intentionally harm your computer, my main goal is to fix your computer, NOT damage it any further. Pre-existing hardware, software related problems and virus removal problems we cannot control.
Terms of Service, Service Agreement, and Data Back Up Waiver
form must be completed prior to repair service.
Lightspeeds offers a 30 day warranty on all service work provided.
Manufactures warranty is in effect on all hardware component replacements.
There are no warranties for computer repair that involve personnel software issues or future virus, spyware, malware problems that occurr after computer repair services. We provide what we believe is that best protection against viruses and spyware at the time of service. WE cannot monitor your surfing habits, therefore cannot guarentee your computer will not become infected again. If you get infected within 30 days, we will analyze the situation to see if you qualify for a discounted removal fee.

Diagnostics Service:
Diagnostics is included WITH FULL repair, should you not have it fully repaired, diagnostcis fees apply below.
After diagnostics, Lightspeeds Computer Repair will contact the customer with an estimate for repair.
If the customer chooses to have Lightspeeds repair the computer, the diagnostics "Estimate Fee" will be waived. If the customer declines repairs, they will be charged the diagnostics estimate fee of as listed above.
The diagnostics fee can be applied or credited towards full repair within 30 days of estimate.
